Question: How close is the nearest beach?Ans: 15 min walk (5 min. drive) to this beautiful beach.
Question: I have never rented from a private owner before, can you provide a reference? Ans. Yes, as you can see on the Internet I am listed with many brokers who will be more than happy to ease any concerns you may have. When you decide to travel just let me know and I will supply you with email address of these references. 99% of my clients return to my villa. Here is an email I just received from a new client:
"My wife Nikki and I just returned from two wonderful weeks at the villa. We were guests from Feb. 16-March 3. We hated to leave it is such a beautiful place. Question:How will I get to your villa from the airport? Ans: my villa is a short 7 minutes from the airport. You will rent a car ( I will be happy to recommend who I use) and I will email you directions on how to get to the villa where you will be greeted by my manager Lillian who will give you the keys.
Question:Will I see sunrise or sunset from your villa: Ans: You will see the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen from our pool. The photo I took does not do it justice but you get the idea.
Question:What is there to do in the area? Ans: you are a 7-12 minute walk to a casino, restaurant, shops and a marina where all sorts of water activities are available. There are land Taxi's and even water taxi's that will take you anywhere from the french side to other islands in the area for a day trip or sunset sail. The wonderful thing about Saint Maarten is there is so much to do if you choose.
